Security and Surveillance

Valle del Pacífico Events Center has a basic security scheme offering control of public entry and exit, perimeter surveillance, closed-circuit television, and a professional security team providing overall security for the venue 24/7.

Medical Services

For the safety and regulations of attendees, every event must include medical assistance for first aid and basic primary care, from setup to dismantling. We ensure the availability of either a basic or advanced life support ambulance as required.

Cleaning Services

Valle del Pacífico provides general cleaning services and bathroom supplies, delivering spaces in optimal condition to organizers. Event organizers can request additional cleaning or waste management services during events, setup, or dismantling, with extended hours or extra personnel reinforcement.

Temporary Free Trade Zone

Valle del Pacífico can be designated as a Temporary Free Trade Zone for handling goods with special customs regulations, offering significant benefits.

Parking Service

We provide fully paved, signposted, and illuminated parking lots with a capacity for 900 vehicles: 500 on the surface and 400 in the basement. Additionally, there are two bus parking areas with a capacity for 50 vehicles on the surface.

Docks

For the entry and removal of goods, organizers have access to 3 docks with the capacity to park 2 to 3 trucks simultaneously. Dock 1 has a height of 7 meters, while docks 2 and 3 have a height of 3 meters.

Registro

Participants and visitors will have quick, friendly, and efficient registration through 11 modules and 22 staff members, 8 located on the first floor and 3 in the basement.

Food Court

With an area of 846 m² and 6 service locales, attendees will have a variety of menu options in the food court, which has a capacity for up to 400 people.

Storage and Warehousing

You will have access to warehouses under your operation, assigned for the storage of goods according to the contracted spaces and depending on the quantity and type of goods for the event.
