Hundreds of duels were held over three days, both in the women’s and men’s categories, with China and Japan emerging as winners, respectively.
ExpoIndustrial 2019
From May 8 to 10, the XIII edition of ExpoIndustrial featured 153 stands and over 2,400 attendees who learned, shared, and did business during the most important industrial fair in the Colombian Pacific, organized by FENALCO Valle del Cauca.
This time, our Meléndez Hall and Manuelita Pavilion were the settings where exhibitors and attendees shared knowledge and made connections in a setup that included a commercial fair, business roundtable, innovative pavilion, and an academic agenda that highlighted topics such as energy efficiency and renewable energy.
Retail del Futuro
The first edition of Retail del Futuro, also by FENALCO Valle del Cauca, was a great success, with about 2,500 attendees over two days of conferences and a commercial exhibition.
On May 14, during the first day of Retail del Futuro, prominent speakers and national and international entrepreneurs joined us in our Rosita Hall: Before a full house, the academic agenda kicked off with Mexican Fernando Anzures, founder of Liquid Thinking Group, who spoke about the challenges of retail facing the consumer of the future.
In the following hours, six national speakers complemented a varied academic agenda perfect for boosting the region’s development.
The second day began with a presentation by Dominican Vilma Núñez, a digital marketing specialist and Ph.D. in public relations and advertising, who captivated the audience with strategies to maximize and enhance online commerce and marketing.
Retail del Futuro concluded with five national and two international speakers, including Chilean Saúl Leder, business director of STF Group, Oscar Leonardo Botello, global strategy and e-business product manager of Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios, and Mexican Gabriel Montiel, general manager of Grupo Siesa, among others.
Boris Brejcha & Ann Clue Concert: Mask Ceremony
On Friday the 17th, our Centro de Eventos Valle del Pacífico was completely transformed to welcome Boris Brejcha and Ann Clue, German DJs who rocked the Meléndez Hall during a night of party, electronic music, and lots of movement with 4,300 attendees.
Thousands of locals and visitors enjoyed a party that started at 7:00 p.m. in the experience zone and food area. Hours later, the captivating sound of techno echoed in a scene full of lights and magic, where the music didn’t stop until after five in the morning, thanks to the permission granted to our venue to operate events without time restrictions.
