In this section, you’ll find all the information related to rates, length of stay, refund policies, and rules of conduct within the facilities. Our goal is to offer you a safe, efficient, and transparent service so that your experience is always satisfactory.
1) The parking service is provided by the company Grupo Heroica S.A.S., with NIT 900.360.261-4, hereinafter The Parking Lot, in exchange for payment of the established rates.
2) The parking lot will be open and will provide its services during the following hours:
– The parking lot will regularly provide its services according to the event schedule, during the hours expressly indicated for each event.
– On days when the Delirio Show is presented in the Delirio Tent, the parking lot will be open from 6:00 p.m. on the day of the show until 3:00 a.m. the following day.
– On Saturdays and Sundays when Paseo de la Aurora is open, the parking lot will be open from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
– The parking lot assumes no responsibility for vehicles or other items left inside the parking lot outside of the established hours.
3) The entry ticket serves as the vehicle receipt and includes information such as the date and time of entry, the vehicle’s license plate number, and a sequential number; as well as information about the parking facility’s insurance policy and the procedure for filing a claim. The parking facility uses technological means to identify and record the condition of the vehicle upon entry.
4) The parking lot has clearly marked and designated spaces for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. This is in accordance with Article 3 of Law 1287 of 2009. If you do not meet this requirement, you may not park your vehicle in these spaces, and if you do, the parking lot may remove it.
5) The user must respect traffic rules inside and outside the parking lot and drive with caution.
6) Users entering the parking facility are responsible for and will be liable for any damages or losses they cause, directly or indirectly, to the parking facility, other vehicles, or individuals within the parking area. Customers must pay the established fixed fee before entering the parking facility. To retrieve their vehicle, they must present the payment receipt.
7) The Parking Facility is and will be responsible for the vehicle it receives, in accordance with the terms and scope established by law and applicable regulations. The Parking Facility is not responsible for damage, alteration, or deterioration caused by acts of God or force majeure, by improper or inadequate use of the service by the user, by failure to heed or follow instructions for use, or for any other grounds for exclusion of liability established by applicable regulations.
8) All vehicle doors and windows must be locked and any security devices it has must be activated.
9) In accordance with section 3 of article 90 of Law 1801 of 2016, the parking facility offers the vehicle driver the option of listing any additional items left in storage. To do so, the driver must request the appropriate form from the parking facility staff to expressly list these items, including the identification details of each item.
10) The parking lot does not assume any obligation of deposit, custody, care, conservation and/or restitution with respect to goods or objects that are not expressly included in the duly completed form and delivered to the parking lot upon entry of the vehicle, with the list of additional goods left in deposit and with the seal of receipt by the parking lot.
11) Parking lot staff may inspect and review all additional items left in storage. Upon receiving these items, they may make any necessary adjustments or corrections to the form to properly identify them.
12) In case of loss of the entry ticket, the user must go to the Parking payment point with the transit license, vehicle ownership card and the user’s identification documents.
13) The parking lot has third-party liability insurance policy number 3273, from the company AXA Colpatria Seguros S.A.
14) Procedure for filing a complaint: Complaints must be filed at the payment point, stating the facts giving rise to the complaint, providing the corresponding evidence, and attaching a copy of the driver’s license and the user’s identification document. The parking facility will respond to complaints within 15 business days of receiving them.
